The present General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Portal, together with the General Terms and Conditions of Contract that govern the provision of services, and/or the particular conditions that may be established, have the purpose of regulating both the availability of the information and the commercial/contractual relations that arise between LTP LA TAGLIATELLA PORTUGAL LDA. and the users of the portal.

By virtue of navigation in the Portal and/or the use of the services included in the Portal, the user acquires the status of User. Should any clause of these General Terms and Conditions of use of the portal be declared totally or partially null or ineffective, this statement will not affect the other clauses contained in the document unless it can be demonstrated that the document has been concluded without the affected party.

2.7.- Applicable law and jurisdiction
