Provolone

A cylindrical, soft, spun cheese. This soft-rind cheese has a slightly sweet taste and melts easily. The provolone is classified into different varieties depending on the shape and weight of each cheese.

Lombardia, Veneto, Emilia Romagna and Trento

An Italian cheese with P.D.O., made from cow’s milk whose origins lie in southern Italy, where it is still produced. Our provolone is produced from whole cow’s milk with a natural acid fermentation and has a smooth rind and an ivory-colored curd.
